So what is the science of goal achieving ?
Your mind is a GPS and it can be programmed to hit your goal. That’s the science.
See your conscious mind as the captain of the ship. It is the goal-setting mind. See your sub-conscious mind as the crew of the ship. The sub-conscious mind is the goal-achieving mind.
If I had known this, how much money would I have saved on the diets.. and think about all the billions of dollars spent on corporate training; they don’t give lasting returns .. sure there’s a spike for a bit but most people go back to the same results.. why?
They have been taught and trained, high quality training, everything’s been absorbed but it stays in the conscious mind and that’s the mind that does not achieve goals. The sub-conscious mind is the ‘doing’ mind, the sub-conscious mind is the driver toward your goals.
Imagine the weight loss that you want, the social media following, the money in the bank… the captain and the crew have to work in harmony for the ship to sail and it will take you straight to the destination, when you get this part right.

Imagine, you’re doing what you once thought was impossible for you, imagine you’re doing in one month what used to take you three months; imagine you’re doing in 30 minutes with great focus and laser sharp concentration what you would have taken a whole week to do.
So the right goal will help you become more resourceful — with your focused attention, with concentration, using your skills better, using all your resources, using your teams, your networks… leveraging yourself better. You’re going to be able to see and seize the opportunities all around you that you aren’t seeing right now.
That’s the point of the right goal, you get excited and then you use the science to become a peak performer. Just like the athletes do, just like the champs do… they set their target on an exciting goal and then they train their mind for breakthrough success, and all the time they are seeing the podium finish, the title, the jersey…
So you have to have the right goal and then you move toward the goal and you realise that as you move toward the goal, using science, the goal will move toward you .. that’s the crazy part, it’s magical and you have to believe it and you can’t believe it unless you experience it. So there is no other way to talk about this except talking to people who are in the programme: talk to my clients (listen to them, read their case studies .. the social proof is peppered across the website), they will tell you what it feels like.
So think about what an exciting goal for you is. You want to be the CEO of your first business? The CEO of your first six figure business? You want to be the artist whose work is enjoyed by millions around the world?
Now, imagine that you have achieved that goal and you have achieved it faster and with less effort than most people around you. You did it in five years when others are going to take 10, you did it in 2 years when others are going to take 8. That is peak performance.
